Witnesses were Alexander Gordone of Westfield [?], William, thane of Caldor, Thomas Cumyng of Altyr, Alexander Cumyng of Earnside, Duncan Mckyntosche of Geddes, Alexander Mowat of Balquholy, and George Lesle of Whitehouse. Note that Alexander's father had 25 years earlier witnessed the original charter of Westfield to Alexander Dunbar.11 |
