She executed an entail of the estate of Kirkforthar on 28 March 1821, whereby she bequeathed the same to George Johnston of Kedlock, whom failing, Colonel Patrick Lindsay of the Baglescairnie family, and the heirs-male of his body, whom failing, Robert Preston and the heirs-male of his body by Euphemia, daughter of Agnes Lindsay, daughter of David Lindsay, minister of Cockpen, and John Preston, her husband.5 | ||
