In 1620 Mr. Andrew Skene, frater germanus Alexandri Skene de eodem, is admitted a burgess. In 162S he receives a tack, from James Skene of that ilk, of the lands of Newton of Skene. In 1633 we find him in Kirkton of Dyce, where he and Margaret Forbes, his spouse, are infeft in the lands of Overtown of Dyce.11
