He was matriculated at Christ Church, Oxford, 24 October 1805. He was elected member of Parliament for the borough of Dungannon at the general election 1807; admitted a nobleman of St. John's College, Cambridge, in October same year ; sailed in the "Eclipse" brig for the Brazils in January 1808, on account of his health, but died at Madeira in June following.5
